Here is a shot of the rusty fender tag
Here a shot of the "Special Handling" tag located next to the fender tag
I do not know exactly what this means but several people have told me that it is used on cars to denote special options or unusual combo. I have not been able to locate any other GTS's that have this tag. Any info would be appreciated!

Hey man, your LeBaron looks tight :) Still running stong? It's in really good condition too, especially for a Michigan car! I'm over in Sterling Heights, maybe I'll see you around on the road sometime.
