Block: Ford 302 "YYY" from a 1989 Lincoln MKVII

Rotating Assembly: Scat forged steel 331 ci stoker crank with Forged rods and "dome" pistons. 28 oz imbalance.

Compression: 10.75:1

Cam: Ford Racing E303 Degreed to 2 degrees retarded.

Heads: Ford iron GT-40 from a 1996 Ford Explorer. Stock rocker arms.

Intake: GT-40 from a 1996 Ford Explorer. Lower internally ported and upper externally polished

Throttle Body: 65mm from a 1996 Ford Explorer - linkage modifed to work in Mustng location.

Mass Air Tube: 72mm from a 1996 Ford Explorer - "flange" and internal vane removed to work with a cone filter.

Injectors: Explorer 19 pounders

Fuel Rails: BBK Billet with -6AN connections and lines. Stock Mustang FPR

Starter: PM type from a 1996 Mustang V6

Headers: Monster Miata shorty headers. Thermal coated and wrapped.

Engine management: Stock 1991 Mustang a9l ECU through a McCully Racing Motors modified engine harness

Plugs: Motorcraft copper core

Wires: OEM-replacement Duralast specials

Coil: OEM-replacement Duralast

Alternator: G3 type from a 1995 Mustang V6

Flywheel: Billet steel 28oz imbalance from LateModelRestoration

Bellhousing: OEM 1991 Mustang GT retrofitted with a Miata slave cylinder

Differential: Ford 7.5 with 3.27 gears and limited slip from a 1996 Thunderbird

Ever since I saw project "Banshee" I have wanted to do this. The Miata is one of the last true roadsters and then you stuff a High Performance V8 in it and turn it into a bad ass Race Car. Awesome Job
