This is my Boss 429, it isn't built up yet, just making sure it fits before welding in the motor mounts.

Thought a Don Hampton blower would help the Boss breath at lower RPM, big ports kill velocity, forced induction fixes that.

The Boss 429 still isn't complete, need a set of 8:1 pistons, the 460 is a temporary engine, I'm happy with it - a 15.8 second car (with the 302), became a 12.6 second car (@112mph) by simply adding 170 cubic inches.
