My famous GTI Driving Experience Video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9eCB8754Z4
Hey all, just bought this 2010 GTI 6-Spd manual to replace my 1995 Volvo 850. So far I love it, just took the car in for it's 10,000 mi service. I've been driving it a lot, it's a great daily driver. It's getting cold out, we'll see how it does in the winter with the snows on!
Plans next summer - 17x7.5 Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's with 245/40/17 Dunlop Direzza Z1s for autocross and track events. I'll be sure to post up pictures and videos of the car as I make them. I know there isn't a lot of footage of these cars yet.
Update: August 2010 - Bought my winter wheels last week, Bremmer Kraft BR05 with 215/50/17 Dunlop Sport M3's.

Thanks for viewing!
cheers,
Chris

Light Painting at an air field

In Albion, MI

Took the GTI out for a Sunday morning drive...really put the car through its paces! Also, yesterday I ordered a Go Pro Hero HD, so I'll come up with an autocross and a few driving vids soon!
Some photos I took the other day:

Just took a road trip to Kentucky, driving videos of the awesome roads are on page 2 ;)

Installed the Autotech Transmission Mount and it feels really nice, tightens up shifter feeling and puts some more engine howl into the cabin. For $20I knew it would be the first mod I'd do to the car. It was tough to install but I'd highly recommend it.
