Well i should start by saying that this car is a result of a poor distion on my part ...let me explain

i bought this car april 30th of 03 for 1000 dollars off of ebay

thing was it had a blow engine and some front end damage and was a 5 speed and get this i didnt know anything on the technical aspect of a car or how to even drive a stick lol

yeah i know stupid huh

well im very lucky i have a family thats always been in top level autobody and mechanics but wait.... they didnt wanna help me out at first, crap....

well i finally got them to help me out with anything i wanted to do to the car the only catch was that i had to read up on everything and when they felt i was compantant enough on the matter they would help me out

so i read and read and read seemed like forever till i knew engines and painting and turbo/superchargine/efi systems like the back of my hand lol it was like at the point where i would dream about working on cars lol

we started on the car the summer of 03 by installing a new engine that wasnt blow lol but we didnt have a cherry picker so we had to resort to other messers that you will see in the pic of the install

i then stored the car for the whole winter man that sucked

over the winter i bought some stuff for it a carbon fiber hood a bomex kit which i later sold and bought a import fighter kit i also bought some nice black projector head lights and alot of little misc things

i then started back on the car in the spring with scuffing/sanding the car and filling the small dents with filler and sanding the whole car again i then scuff the carbon fiber hood so i could paint it i also took out the front windshield because it had some bad scratches on it

june 04 is when the car was finished with painting everything went pretty smooth besides a streak on the hood and bumper where the clear coat rolled which sucked but we sanded it and the car is still waiting to be buffed out , we also install a new windshield

at the end of june of 04 i was then looking for some rims for the car sence the old ones wouldnt do, at this time a guy on www.j-body.org was selling a gm supercharger kit for pretty cheap so i figuered well the rims can wait so i bought the charger instead

at the begining of july i started installing the charger my self sense no one in my faimly really had any experience with them so i did it all my self threw lots of reading and posting on forums lol

so i finally got everything to run right with the charger and the car runs great and on the first day i brought it home from my uncles which is where i was storing it and working on it i raced a 00+ mustang gt and smoked him that was the best feeling in the world

Future Upgrades

my next upgrade will be in reguards to my exhaust system i will be putting in full 2.5 - 3" piping along with a high flow Cat and Header

i will also be adding a larger TB

Track Times

I go to the track alot with my friends but i have yet to run my Z24 with its current set up, i have run the car though after i have put the engine in the car i ran a 15.3 and thats with everything stock and on tires with no tred life left on them

as it stands with my current mods on my Z24, i know im running high 13's or very low 14's, i know this because of being able to race my friends and knowing what they run at the track

i will be running my car this summer at the track and will update this page with the slips

Hope you enjoyed reading about my car Please leave me some feedback if you like my car

thanks
