NASA says, "49) OEM ECU/PCM reprogramming via reflashing or replacement/aftermarket ROM chips or simple ROM boards (The OEM ECU/PCM box/housing and hardware must be used)."
As long as you use a factory ECU to tune your car it's a no points mod........ even if you can use your factory ECU just like a standalone. Not sure what the differences between a Maxima and 350Z are other than the intake manifold, exhaust, and ECU tuning. So we wired up a 350Z ECU ulocked and flashed with UpRev's Osiris software and are using the base 350Z maps to start tuning.
NASA has us capped at 256whp. How much power is getting dialed back?
