fmfkyle's 1993 Mustang GT
Now--
This is my car right before I bought it, it has been sitting in this used car dealership for 4 and a half years being neglected and I had to have it. The clearcoat was peeling off, but the interior is in awesome condition and the motor runs strong with 107,000 miles on it. This car was completely stock, down to the original spark plug wires and am/fm stereo, and that is part of the reason I wanted it so badly.
There are pictures of my car very close to being done on page 2. Check them out!

Before I started painting I had to sand all of the clearcoat off which took a little while.
Time to start painting!

This is a picture after I sprayed the first coat of primer.

The picture above is after I block sanded the whole thing. No more dents!

This picture above is after I took all the masking paper off before wet sanding it. I'm not painting where all the ground effects go because you wont see it anyways and its less work I have to do.

After wet sanding it and almost done masking it.... again.

I painted my car with Glasurit. Probably the best paint out there!

Great way to mix your paint!
FINALLY! I love the way it turned out.

The picture above is what it looks like inside the shop
This is what it looks like in the daylight. Wayyy different.
Installed my Steeda Tri-ax short shifter!

New H&R lowering springs

BBK Shorty equal length headers. I do not recommend these headers as they rub on the steering column on my car.
I think the Cobra bumper looks 10 times better than the GT bumper and you can have exhaust come out the back too.

At the top right of the hatch there is usually a ford emblem. I welded the holes shut, grinded the welds flat, and put some body filler over the area to make sure it was flat. I'm going for that "clean" look.

I masked off the door and re-sprayed it black, looks way better. I took all the trim on the front and rear windows and painted them too.
Some more things i painted...

Here is a couple pictures of my brothers 1998 Cobra Mustang. Very fun car to drive.
