She sports a 3 1/2" fiberglass cowl hood. Under the hood is a mild 350 (I blew up my fast engine). It is actually on its 4th engine. The current 350 is bored 60 over has a cam with 262/ 270 duration, .462/ .480 lift, roller rockers, gear drive, Headman headers bolted to 96 Chevy 350 center bolt heads, and topped off with a Holley Pro-Jection fuel injection. It is also running an MSD ignition system.I Finally installed the Cadillac 500. It is built to Stock 70 Eldorado specs which is 10:1 compression and produces 400hp and 550 ft/lbs, all for $1500. Try to get that amount of power from any other engine for the same price. NO high performance stuff to break here, this engine was made for it!! The distributer has been removed and now uses a Ford EDIS ignition system controled by a "MeagaJolt Light" ignition controller. I do not like the look of the distributor in the front of my engine. I guess it is a Chevy guy thing. Now this truck is screaming in Cadillac style.
