sonyfan66's 1990 Volvo 765R Wagon
My pride and joy for the last 5+ years. I'll try to remember everything I've done to it (the list is long).

DRIVETRAIN/FUEL SYSTEM: - Currently has 71k on it; M46 has about 1k; 18T has 35k
Completely rebuilt motor and transmission - a 1993 B230ET (using Euro ET tight squish pistons). About 220hp and runs flawlessly on 87 octane. Added a NEW 18T Mistu turbo with a ported and flowed manifold - Hallman MBC at 13-15 lbs of boost. Recent 1991 M46 with new clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, TO bearing, NEW slave and master cylinders, etc.
V cam with adjustable timing gear as well. Stock LH2.4 . Has lived on Mobil One synthetic since birth (although I did try some Amsoil 20w50 racing for awhile too).
New 3-core HD radiator, 100A alternator, power steering pump/rack/hoses - replaced/rebuilt the entire AC system.....ICE COLD.
New fuel pumps, balanced/blueprinted injectors (RC Engineering), and in-tank sending unit. Also upgraded the fuel tank from a 60L to a 75L from a later 960 wagon.
Downpipe to tailpipe mandrel bent free flow 3" exhaust.
SUSPENSION: Currently has about 22k on it
Cross drilled rotors (updated front "jumbo" brakes from a 94 940), new calipers and brake lines, booster, master cylinder, and all new parking brake cables.
All new wheel bearings, u-joints, Ipd upper and lower support braces, sways, and LaForge lowering springs (in front only), all poly bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, upper strut mounts.
17" Polaris rims machined to accept standard center caps and painted a medium charcoal.
