Project Lexus IS 300 SS LS7 otherly known as "F-Bomb"
This project is dedicated to Sarah Mundt, a friend and a mentor
Left:( Come and find me, I'm right here!)
Here's the patient, a 2003 Black Lexus IS 300. I've been on the market for many months trying to find the "perfect car" that ticked every boxes on my checklist and I'm glad to say that now is the perfect moment to purchase the car that I've been dreaming of owning ever since it came ouf of the factory. As I'm writing this, I'm still lurking around Ebay trying to find the one. Now, used car market is a shady yet dangerous place to find your next pride and joy. Now, I'm sure that you wouldn't like to meet someone like this, right?
Left:(Let me take all of your precious money by ripping you off, haha!)
If you( like me) are on the market for one of these things, you would know the price of the cars vary depend on the conditions of the car and the good ones still fetch somewhere near 10,000 dollars or more. So that put me on the search for the one with relatively good service history and haven't involved with any sorts of accident.
Left : (Here I am, Love me!)
Which makes my purchase particularly tricky, so it'll take some trials and errors. So Please stay in tune as I'll try to find the right one soon as I can and I'll upload it as soon as I purchase the car. Recently, on several Lexus enthuaists' fourm there's been the possibility of a Chevy LS7 engine swap is possible with the Lexus IS 300 chassis (JCE-10).

I'm most likely going to be the owner of the first LS-7 powered Lexus IS300 in the States. In order to make this a reality, I'd not only have to purchase the car, but finding the right shop with the right knowledge and many years of experience would be the most important homework that I'll have finish.
Through some revisions, I'd want my Lexus to be the first F-bodied "F-Bomb" JCE1 and the first one to have LS-7 Engine as it is very reliable and can handle the stress of high-horsepower. Note to the haters: Why does a Lexus have to be boring and dreary? I've did a lot of research behind this built. These websites have given me the confidence. So take a look at them as well.
