This was my Audi A3 before an uninsured driver smashed into it while it was parked at my friends flat. I was gutted. So I went about getting it repaird.
After getting all body replacements, it was taken to the spray shop and have to say the paint job was done amazingly well. I also change the alloy's from the old RS4 18" to the new RS4 19" which finished the car off. But i'm wanting to paint the calipers. Also I replaced the old standard rear lights for the AutoArt smoke effect MR lights, also I replaced the side repeaters to for smoke effect.
A basic interior so far really.
The engine is a 1.8T 20v FWD 150bhp as standard.
I have had the engine tune to 190bhp, its APR remap chip. Which has made a good improvement.
APR's EMCS software is available for the 150 horsepower (112Kw) A3 and the later VVT (Variable Valve Timing) cars. The software for the A3 is available in a 1.0 bar configuration and 196 horsepower (146Kw) and 240 ft. lbs (325Nm) of torque.
Also I added the Carbonio Air intake system. The Carbonio system is designed to maximize the torque produced by your engine. The natural extension of increased torque is an increase in horsepower (hp). While the hp gain is nice, this system's tuned shape will give you that increased hp for a longer period of time, thereby allowing you to make better use of each and every gear. This is a consequence of an increase in torque for over 10% of the rev range; torque comes in sooner and tails off later. Compared to the stock intake, our kit shows increased flow numbers of around 40-50%. More interesting is the velocity at which the airflow in the system changes. Our system is much more dynamic than the stock system, and thanks to a specially textured inlet surface, results in a much better throttle response. In the case of the 1.8T engine, a significant reduction in turbo 'lag'
So thats all the kit I have so far for this car. My next step is to get an APR High Flow Cat & Downpipe - 3"
and also an ABD Racing Performance Intake Manifold.

Well thats about it for now but if anyone can give us a few hints and tips on what to install would be great.
