Frame Recall Restoration

I hit a 35 gallon drum at midnight on my way home from Youngstown at 55mph. It was either put the truck into a ditch or hit an oncoming car. The drum bent the skid plate just enough to puncture the radiator. It was $650 to repair. Installed new radiator along with hoses.

Toyota Frame Recall Restoration
Toyota is replacing my frame under the recall because of rust Issues. Some parts are still be reused. Toyota protocol not mine. New parts being installed include new bolts all the way around the frame, brake lines, Emergency brake cable, fuel lines , gas tank straps. Some trucks will get the lower control arms replaced if needed. Valued at $600 for both control arms. My truck has new lower control arms. I still had the original ones on the truck at 161,000 miles. Truck is not done yet but will be completed very shortly.
