A Little AdviceIf you want a good looking vehicle, don't move to New York. The underside of your car/truck will get destroyed by rust in the winter, and our streets are full of potholes to destroy your wheels and suspension. If you can avoid all that, then you still have to buy an extra license plate for the front of your car/truck. This will ruin the looks of the front of your vehicle, but on the bright side you get to hand over your money to the government so that you can have a front plate. Wooo!! (Sarcasm) You want window tint? Too bad because you can only have 70% here. That's 70% on either side of the driver. I'm not sure on the rest of the windows. I think you can have as much as you want on the back. In conclusion, I love New York!! (More sarcasm) The following states don't require front license plates. I got this info from Wikipedia, so it may be incorrect. -Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
