got alot of upgrades i want for it, but i am not too sure

how to upgrade a 1.2's performance to a relatively good level

i intend on getting Bk 299 black rims qith a silver lip 17"

possibley lowered by 30mm but i aint sure if wheel arch mods will be needed:s
