This is the beginning of the frame to go where the back seat was...and this is where it will be when it's finished.

Had to brace the middle pieces a little because it was hard to get them glued tight.

And this is how it looks right now. cjman15's 1989 Ford Mustang

I think I'm going to fiberglass the bottom of the enclosure because of the weird shapes and grooves in the floorboard. I'll have to decide once I get the frame back in the car.

Most of these photos show my build up from a bare interior (which was porno red) to a full black interior with a few aftermarket spices! Take a look and lemme know how you like the progress... still needing to be done:
Door panels
Rear sub enclosure
Battery relocation

Just to let you all who hate the vinyl know... I plan on getting rid of it when I get it painted in the future. I'm thinking of going black and then converting out the interior all black as well... Not sure yet, leave me some feedback in my g-book... stayed tooooooooooooned

Nice Mustang. You should definitely get a supercharger after the interior is completed. However, I guess it would be better to upgrade the suspension to make sure the car can handle the extra power. You should repaint the car white but colour match the black body moldings. Keep up the good work on your Ford. Sign my g-book. Thanks!

Nice ride...reminds me a lot of mine. I just bought it about 2 weeks ago so I haven't torn into it much yet. Check mine out sometime...I don't have any pictures just yet, but I will in a few days when I get them developed. Good choice on changing the interior color though.
