This is my parents? car but I thought I'd post it anyways. Seeing as how there aren't a lot of these around yet because it's the first year they're being produced(2003), you probably don't know a whole lot about them. They have a 240 horsepower V-6 VTEC engine. The base model (LX) is nothing special, regular 16" alloy rims, no leather, not a great sound system. The next model up, the EX is where the fun starts. It also has the alloy rims, but it has a 7-speaker sound system stock. Two tweeters are on the dash, on each door there is a 6 1/2" midrange, and in the back there's a 10" subwoofer. The EX model also comes with optional leather seats and a ceiling mounted DVD player or a ceiling mounted satellite navigation system. Because the navigation system and the DVD player both mount in the same spot you can only have one. The third row folds flat into the floor to create more cargo space. I'll be honest though, if you are any taller than about 5'4" you won't fit back there. My little sister is about 5'4" and she says she fits, but it doesn't look very comfortable. I wouldn't know to tell you the truth because I'm never going to sit back there. I'm 6'1" so I doubt I could get even one leg back. I fit quite comfortable in the other 5 seats. My favorite is of course the driver?s seat. :-)
It got the name Canadian Pimp Mobile courtesy of my best friend, Eric (StreetRacerMTB). It actually is from Canada because the dealership we went to buys cars from Canadian dealers and sells them as used, even though they have very few miles and are in new condition. It is also Canadian in that it has day-time running lights, heated seats, and heated mirrors. It's a cold weather car. Any Pilot that you buy in the United States won't have daytime running headlights, heated seats, or heated mirrors. The seats are a nice thing in the winter :-P. Well, check out the pics and leave a message, thanks for lookin.
