Here it is, my baby. Its been a long time since I updated but here it is. I still have the Alpine CDA7873 cd/radio in my car but I Am going to be adding the new alpine harddrive to it. I recently installed a pair of JBL GTO936 6x9's. I am buying a new alarm/starter for my car within the next week, the new Compustar 2w900fmas. I will take pictures of it when I get it but for now here are some sample pictures

features of the alarm system:
Auto: Indicates if the Auto/Disarm Mode is on or off
Turbo: Indicates if Timer Start Mode is on or off
Timer: Indicates if Timer Start Mode is on or off
Passive: Indicates if Passive Arming Mode is on or off
Indicates that the first or second stage shock sensor has been triggered
Indicates that shock sensor is by-passed or not
Indicates if you are in Valet Mode
Indicates if your car parking lights are flashing
-Indicates that your car siren is turned on or off when you lock or unlock the vehicle
-Indicates that someone is paging you form your vehicle
-Displays if your car is armed or disarmed
-Indicates if your remote-pager is transmitting signals to the controller unit
-Displays remaining battery life
-Displays running time left-each bar represents 25% of the running time
-Displays if your Door is open
-Displays if your vehicle has auto-started properly or ignition on
-Displays if your trunk is open

these are the speaker box and the speaker covers. I already have the speakers in my car and didnt feel like taking everything apart to show everyone that they are there.

factory speakers that I took out and a pic of what the new JBLs look like.

Jbl speaker specs:
peak power handling - 300 watts
RMS power handling - 100watts Frequency Response(?3dB): 50Hz - 21kHz
Sensitivity: 91dB

I installed the speakers by myself which is the first thing installed into my car by myself. slowly but surely I am using my car as a practice car. I Am trying to do as much by myself as I can.

Hey again. Just checking back to see if you were interested in some billet items for the grand prix (97-03). Besides the billet flame grills, I now offer billet door sills, billet diagonal braces, flush mount grill kits and will soon have PCM mounting assemblies, strut cap towers and lower grills. Let me know. My email is fatride99@yahoo,com or check out my cardomain site (recently updated). Later. jason

Jon, Nice GP you got there!! Keep it up and it will last you a long time. Check out my modified 89 Base GP to "SE" conversion when you get a chance! There are 2 great online GP car clubs you might like to know about; ClubGP at www.clubgp.com for the 97-up models. And The W-Body Page, www.w-body.com for all 1988-2004 GM w-bodies. Dave
