This is the construction of the box I built myself for my new Elemental Designs e12a.22. Right now I have a Profile Cl1200 powering it but soon trading it in for a Avionixx 800.2.
All the materials layed out and ready to start

The fresh canvas, 3/4" MDF

The first cut was for the front/back/sides/port

The sides/back, test fitting

More test fitting

Yup, more test fitting, got to make sure its perfect

Test fitting the bottom/top

All pieces cut and waiting for the sub cut out to happen

Test fit to make sure everything fit befor I made the sub cutout

Sub cutout is done, ready to glue/screw togeth. Yup, I built it to the spec box off of ED's site, and it worked great

First joint put together

Rolling along nicely

All thats left is the top

Its all together, fit great, and was very easy to put all together

Painting the port

Starting the carpet phase, its fairly easy, just plan it out in advance

Finishing up the carpeting job

Box all done

Elemental Designs e12a.22, hahahahaah, great sub

My KnuKonceptz wire, great stuff for the price check them out. Theres 24 feet of 0 guage wire, and a 300 amp inline fuse holder, and a positive battery terminal. Plus 24 feet of 8 gauge wire. I got all this for under 100 dollars shipped.

My Profile CL1200

My old subs. 2 Kicker Comp Vr 15" Dual 4 Ohms. They were in a box that was way to small for them witch resulted in them not sounding too good in the lower frequencies. My e12a is safely alot louder than these 2 were.

Just a pic of my garage, the birth place of the box.
