Totally Stock!
Ok, here is my car. This is quite a nice picture, I must say. It is taken in front of my house, on the street just after the car was washed and waxed I believe. I waxed it with California Gold Carnuba Wax, which is really great stuff, just very time consuming to apply in the wax format. Not too expensive though, only 25CDN for jar of it that will last me forever almost. Anyway, I really like this car and figured I would put it on even though its totally stock, maybe some people might enjoy it.
Engine: Carburated 5.0 Litre (305 CID) V8 4 Barrel
* This should be upgraded to an Injected 5.7 Litre (350 CID) V8 some time soon.
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual
Wheels: 15 Alloy Wheels with 245 Tires
Exhaust: Factory Dual Exhaust, Sounds Wicked
Story
So, to anyone who is considering buying an F-Body (Camaro or Firebird), let me just say I love this car. It is extremely fun to drive. It is easy to drive, but has the raw power to pass very fast on the highway.
Anyway I bought this car and it was originally brown with sparkles in it (I dunno, I guess they called that smoke back in the 80s). There was also some rust highlights and a weird discoloration on the side door. I had the whole thing painted black at Precision Autobody, very nice work guys!
So I've got some things I'd like to do to this car in the future and as I do them, hopefully I'll be able to keep this up to date.
