Hi, My name is Brian and Iam 21 years old. I own a 1972 Chevrolet Nova. It has a 355ci Small Block Chevy but originally came with a 250 inline six cylinder. I have owned it for about 5 years now.

It has been quite a while since I have updated my site so I recently posted many new pictures. I have installed 4 wheel disc brakes from a 2002 Camaro, Hotchkis sport lowering (1 1/2") leaf springs, KYB GR-2 shocks all around, a 4" Harwood cowl induction fiberglass hood, 2000 Camaro SS 10-spoke wheels and Kumho Ecsta tires (245/40 R17 front, 255/40 R17 rear), an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, Procomp aluminum 190cc/64cc cylinder heads, roller rocker arms, a new Isky cam, Hooker Competition headers, 2 1/2" dual exhaust with an H-pipe and Flowmaster 40 series mufflers, and a Moroso 7 quart oil pan with windage tray, crank scraper and internal baffle.
I also have some pictures posted of an unfortunate accident that happened during the process of the suspension upgrades. As I finished the installation of the leaf springs and shocks I barrowed my younger brothers wheels and tires from his Nova which are the same size as my new wheels and tires (i couldn't use mine because I hadnt recieved the wheel spacers I needed to mount them). When I mounted the drver front wheel I hadnt fully tightened the lug nuts and the wheel FELL OFF when my brother took it for a test drive. It wasnt a pretty sight. I was lucky though because the only damage was to my drivers side fender. I have since relaced it with a new on. It turned out alright, except for the fact that the paint is a slightly different color. Anyway enjoy the pictures.

and here is the damaged fender:
heres what the nova used to look like:
Here is the engine, it was originally yellow so i repainted it the same color to freshen it up.
Hurst Quarter Stick shifter.
I painted the dash area black because before it was a really ugly green color.
Here are a couple more shots of the mild (for now) 355. I had to do a little painting and cleaning to make it look like this.
Here are some pictures of the roll cage going in:
Well here I have removed my old dented gas tank, all of the fuel lines and mechanical fuel pump. I will be replacing all of that with a 20 gallon RCI fuel cell, braided fuel lines and a Holley "Red" electric fuel pump, as well as new -8AN fittings. As soon as all that is done I will finish my interior.
Here are some recent pictures of the Ls1 disc brake conversion that I did;(since I know this conversion is becoming much more popular, you can e-mail me @ email@example.com if you have any questions about it)
Here I had to make custom caliper brackets from 1/4" steel using a template I got on the internet.
The Ls1 Brake booster;
It wasn't the easiest swap in ever, but I think it was definately worth it. Th car stops AWSOME!
Heres a pic of my brother and I's cars in the July 2007 issue of Popular Hot Rodding.
