When a friend and i started this project we were goign to use the JL 12 and the Orion 2150 that I had. We shortly found out that the 12 would not fit they way we wanted it to, so we changed from the 12 to two Boston Acoustic 10's. Here are the install pisc.
Here is a mock-up of what the boxes will look like.
One box together and in the car.
Getting the posts to set the ring on to be the same on both boxes was a biz to get right.
Got both boxes with rings.
Stretching cloth to get the front form of the box.
After the first coat of resin.

I chose to paint the center of the Boston subs to match my car.
1st layer of bondo
After 3 coats of bondo it's ready for spot filler.
1st coat of primer.
Mmmmm wet sanding!! (shocker)
