Here's my car the day I brought her home from the dealership. technically she's the "gumball 2". Yes I call my car "she", so I always remember to treat her like a lady so I'll get home in one piece. She is a bone stock (for now) 2.0L SOHC (That's all they came with in 2000 on up so if the bone-heads at Auto Zone tell you different, tell them to go pound sand) and a 5 spd manual trans., AC, Tilt, and all the other goodies the ES package offered for that year.
It had 10k on the odo when I bought her in 1/2002, it has 40k now.
I'm planning on asking my buddy Dave at Tricked Out Motorsports to help me with making a few upgrades to the mighty Grape Gumball.
Mods on the way soon:
-DA Buffing
-Rims/Tires
-K&N Filter
Further down the road...
-Suspension Mods (maybe lower; I kinda like the stock height but when they're due for changeout I'm thinking of Bilstien Struts)
UPDATE!!!!!
For those who have the problem on their Chrysler products(other makes too)with the badging peeling like I described befrore, this is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. You can get new badging through 3M. Email automotive@3M.com and tell them the year, make and model of your vehicle, as well as the wording and location of the badge, and they'll replace it at no charge.
