This is the part of the caliper that fell out of the piston. I don't know how it fell out, but it did. I had to be creative to get it back in. A big thanks to John P. for all of his help throughout this process. John, you can have my first born!
This is a picture of the painted hub/spindle assembly. It looked all rusted and such so I primered it.
This is a picture of the painted, fully assembled, and seemingly operational calipers.
I plan to finish this project soon. Keep looking for updates!
*UPDATE* A friend of mine took the spindle to a machine shop and could not press the spindle bolts out. I guess I'll be looking for new spindles then.
