MY ION

alexcohen420's 2003 Saturn ION

At this point I have tinted the windows w/ 3M 35% all the way around except windshield. Will have to do the back windows darker at some point. The body has some tribal flame decals that fade in & out and go about 1/3 of the way down the side.
I have a JVC MPC/CDRW Player with the Pict technology (displays your own graphics). I have a real old JVC amp pushing 2 sh*tty tweeters for now and a Kenwood KAC-7201 pushing two Alpine Type E's.
A new Alpine Type R component set is on the way courtesy of Ebay.
I'm hoping to finish the system in the next week or two so I can start working on some mods.
Can anyone give me some pointers on designing a custom intake?
Also, are the mod chips bad for your car? email me @ alexandercohen@hotmail.com

I will have more pics soon

MY CAR IS GONE, I GOT A DUI LAST JUNE 6/22/04 AND HAD TO SELL IT. I FINALLY GOT MY LICENSE BACK AND JUST BOUGHT AN 89 BONNEVILLE SE. HOPEFULLY I WILL BE ABLE TO GET ANOTHER ION IN THE FUTURE BUT FOR NOW I WILL JUST ACCEPT DEFEAT AND COPE WITH THE SADNESS.
EVENTUALLY I WILL START WORKING ON MY BONNEVILLE, ALTHOUGH I MAY JUST STICKER THE CRAP OUT OF IT INSTEAD OF BOTHERING TO TRY AND MAKE IT ANY BETTER.

Ok, it's 10/2005, I am getting my Ion back in a few weeks. Thank god. Of course at this point I have already sold my system, well actually traded for some more tattoos, but I think I can manage w/ the factory system for a while. The flames on the side are also gone (accident), but I think that's ok too. I'm just happy as hell to have my ion back!!!!

Hey man. About the intake you can rip that old one out which will give you all the space you need for an intake. Just cut one to fit. Check mine out. And tell me what you think. Good Luck. ohh and I installed my in lest than 20 mins . (ripping the old one out cutting the new one down to size and then straping on) Great investment. You'll love the sound
