Site is under construction, so by far it's not done.
I Bought the car in 1979, for $700. It was equipped with a big block 425 oldsmobile. It's hard to believe it fit under the hood but suprisingly there was still room to change the spark plugs. The car ran a 12.9 second quarter mile. I drove the car almost every day. In 1981 I pulled out the 425 and put in a 283 small block chevy. It was mostly stock but it ran pretty good. In 1986 I decided it was time to give the ol' beast a face lift, and began the restoration process. Unfortunately, things just seemed to get in the way, and the process didn't get much more than the pictures you see.
So now I have started the process again. Because the fenders had been flared and the engine had been swaped, we're going to rebuild it as a British muscle car. The engine is going to be a small block Chevy 406, 400 block, 350 and rods, angle milled 202 heads w/ 64 cc chambers. The engine has computer dynoed just over 500 horsepower, so if thats not fast I don't know what is!
You'll see the pictures as it progresses.
