Hi, my name is andrew. I started this project in the fall of 2003, i was 17 then, it is now february 2005 and it is ALMOST DONE. I can't wait to drive this thing. I started the buildup simply because my tranny went out. Then i thought why put another tranny in when i have a 302 ready to put in. Well i stumbled across a 351w, edelbrock 650 carb, intake and cam'd. So i purchased this and it was my new powerplant. Well after deciding to go V8 i thought why not straight axle and spring over, you know how the mod bug works. At first it was going to be another 8.8 and a dana 30, but then the bug bit again and i went for a fullsize 9" along with a dana44. i had to install All new brakes all around along with break lines. Well axles are in along with the engine, tranny (tranny has a wicked shift kit) and t-case. Radiator has been put in place and that pretty much brings you up to speed.

dude, out of all the exploders i have seen this is by far the absolute best one, as far as i am concerned, it is the best explorer sport on this web site, awesome job, and cant wait to see some pics of it preforming

hey man i must be honest.. i think that is the ugliest thing i have ever seen, u have thw wrong idea on how to fix up a truck.. take a look at mine, and take a few notes
