My 1968 California Special less then 5,000 of these babies ever made, creator of these special cars is a certin Carrol Shelby.
Calspecial's 1968 Ford Mustang This is my engine its only a 289 2v but thats ok its packing 200 horses thats enough for me, most of the other GT/CS' were 302's.

Calspecial's 1968 Ford Mustang note the unique tail light bezels from a 1965 T-bird to pull out more of the cars uniqueness

And finaly note the side stripes the California Special emblem on the right rear quarter panel and the shelby styled scoops Calspecial's 1968 Ford Mustang
