It's not a great engine pic, but here's one from my Speedoptions article on the Racing Beat intake install.

Engine mods included the Racing Beat intake, NGK plugs and wires, timing set to 18 degrees BTDC, a 160 degree thermostat, and dual core radiator.
I also had a spare 1.6 cylinder head leftover from a friend's engine swap that was given to me as a "thank you" present. It was destined to be sent to Replika Machinen (aka RMI) in California for Don's famous port, polish, and coating work. This is the same shop that Flyin' Miata used for Track Dog's head.
Unfortunately, I never got around to getting the head work done before the car sold, so a friend with a turbo Miata now has it and plans to pick up where I left off.
March, 2005 - now that the car's back, I can enjoy the nice job the previous owner did of polishing the valve cover and intake manifold.
