I wanted a 52mm throttle body for my new head and cam setup. I ported my stock 48mm to 52mm. I installed sealed roller bearings at each end of the throttle shaft. New butterflies were machined from .063 2024-T3 aluminum with a fixture I built that provides the proper eliptical angle for a tight fit. It worked great and noticed better throttle responce. I painted it along with my intake manifold to the exterior color of the car. I've also since started to make and sell some 52mm units on ebay.

Here are a few throttle bodies in the boring fixture I built along with a finished one.

I wanted to ditch the ugly black throttle body top plate. I wanted something custom but not flashy. I came up with a design I was happy with and machine one out of aluminum, and then polished it. You can also see the oil fill I made from aluminum. The stock one was an eye sore if you ask me.

My OEM water pump finally died at 90K so I purchased a new AC Delco unit. I wanted to dress it up a little so I made a billet cover for it.
