Daddy's Car
After the arrival of my new son last year, the Honda Accord Coupe proved to be too small for the car seat and all that stuff. Sooo, I was forced to replace it with this:

OSoAmazin's 2000 Toyota Avalon

2000 Toyota Avalon XLS. Lowered 2" with Intrax springs. 19" Axis NE-O wheels with Toyo Proxes. Wings West rear spoiler and a dual outlet exhaust tip.

The way you see it is the way I bought it but I don't plan for it to stay this way! I'm looking high and low for some replacements for the stock struts and springs because I hate the Intrax ride and I want to do something with the exhaust. After all, it is still a family car. :-)

Nice car man! What javalon said is probly true but my 96 avalon has beed riding on intrax springs for 6 months or more and still nothing wrong with it. Im just waiting for some money to get the shocks to go with it. I like your wheels =). Come check out my ride and sign my guest book.

IF YOUR INTRAX RIDE IS TOO STIFF, IT'S BECAUSE YOU "NEVER" USE SPORT SPRINGS ON STOCK STRUTS!!! IT JUST COMPRESSES THE EXISTING STRUT UNTIL IT'S USELESS. GO TO WWW.AUTODYNAMIC.COM AND ORDER SOME TOKIKO HP BLUES FOR YOUR AVALON. THEY IMPROVE THE RIDE IMMENSELY AS WELL AS PUT MORE POWER TO THE ROAD. IF YOU HAVE BEEN RIDING ON YOUR INTRAX SPRINGS FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS, THEY ARE PROBABLY BLOWN, AND YOUR UPPER STRUT MOUNTS AND BOLTS WILL MOST LIKELY BE WORN AND WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED. MOST AMATEURS DON'T REALIZE THAT YOU CAN'T JUST PUT SPRINGS ON YOUR CAR, YOU HAVE TO HAVE A STRUT TO MATCH IT. PLUS 19'S HAVE LESS TIRE FOR SHOCK ABSORPTION FOR THE STRUT, SO I WOULD EXPECT TO PAY AT LEAST $75 A PIECE FOR THOSE UPPER STRUT MOUNTS FROM TOYOTA/LEXUS. SORRY.
