Custom Grill project

fuscomafia's 1988 Toyota Pickup

The stock grill, the only thing different is the paint because of peeling chrome.

This is a stainless steel shroud from a tractor trailer trucks muffler. We will cut it to fit within the grill.

This is my truck without the grill. (not too pretty)

fuscomafia's 1988 Toyota Pickup

This is the grill with most of the inner pieces cut out, still have to get the 4 corner ones out.

Triming the shroud with the plasma cutter to fit the grill.

The Shroud all ready to go into the grill. Doesnt look promising yet but it will.

fuscomafia's 1988 Toyota Pickup

The stainless shroud set into the grill with the first paint color.

The grill painted with Gun-Metal paint.

Me setting the grill into the truck.

The grill is just set into the truck not fastened all the way.

The finished grill snapped into place.
