There is plenty more I've replaced and/or fixed. Whenever I remember stuff I'll post it. As you can see and have read I have invested an incredible amount of money. And all my car could USE right now is a new carpet..for the 3rd time and some new upholstry all around. I'm about $15,000 deep into this car now. She is my pride and pleasure!!

I am officially a huge traitor, although I still love the F-body, I now own a 2002 Mustang GT. I no longer own my Iroc-z Convertible, I thought it was the right thing to do at the time, the ported heads and cam/headers in a smog state was a big mistake on my part. Frustrations built up and I kept tearing the tranny mounts out of the car whenever I launched her, I gave up and canned her for an 02 GT. I hate myself for it every day, I hate myself for it so much that I actually gave my RARE and nearly impossible to find convertible specific 3rdgen parts to a fellow 'Vert owner for no money at all.

I will upload some more pictures of the Iroc-z that I have laying around somewhere on my HD. I'm going to get started soon on my 02 GT.... I hope you enjoyed my pages!!! Check back!!

My 2002 GT, purchased for $16,000 in the fall of 2003 with 20,000 miles. Mods when I purchased it were, 4.10 gears, FRPP Shorty headers, Magnaflow X-pipe with Magnapack Cat-back, MAF.

After several trips down the track I was able to muster a 13.8@104. With some traction I could have mustered a mid 13 with minimal mods.

Mass State inspection struck again, my sticker was revoked and my registration would be revoked if I didn't have the car returned to stock, which including putting stock Manifolds, Mid-pipe and cat-back on the car. After that crap settled down and I had a shop that would pass me for inspection, I swapped the 4.10's for a set of 4.30's, installed by Turner Motorsports. Mac O/R H-pipe, Flowmaster cat-back, March Underdrive Pulleys, K&N FIPK & MAF.

The car never saw rain or snow, it was originally from California and was exceptionally clean. While trying to trade it in for a 2004 Competition Orange Mach 1, a dealer brought some previous damage to my attention, upon further inspection the car had been in a decent collision. It had new panels all around the car. No welds or bent frame though, the car tracked correctly and had no abnormal vibrations or rattles.

Anyways, I never had a single problem with the car aside from overshifting and really making the transmission hate me. She survived until I traded her in for a Black 2004 SVT Cobra that I managed to pick up well under book value, the dealership was not quite aware of what they had. She had 16,000 miles on her, with zero scratches and blemishes, truly a CLEAN car.

The Cobra is #216 out of 3,768 Cobra Coupes for the year of 2004. As of right now there is only a Magnaflow Cat-Back with the Boost Bypass Mod. I have a Moto-Blue 2.80 Pulley kit ready for installation, have yet to buy a tuner and schedule for a dyno tune.

The latest news, a guy I am doing some work for drives in the NHRA Pro-Mod division and he has a used KB Blower complete setup with under 10,000 miles on it for under $4,200. I am considering the purchase. My initial plans for my Cobra was to keep the stock Eaton, swap it for a ported Eaton, mid-pipe, throttle body & a dry 100 shot of Nitrous.
