This spring I've gone around the car and put new meats on it. This time instead of the Firestone Firehawk 245/50/16's I put BF Goodrich KDW 245/50/16's on the front and BF Goodrich Comp T/A Drag Radials 255/50/16's on the rears. I must say that for $140 bucks ea. for the radials..it is by FAR the best low buck modification I've done to the car. These babies hook HARD! I pulled a 2.0 60" time with a dying motor & street tires originally, now I have a fresh & powerful motor with radials. Hopefully I'll get to run her this year, I'm predicting 1.8 or lower 60" times with just radials!!

The low profile helps suprise unsuspecting, sometimes faster cars at a set of lights ;)
Here's a shot of the tires from the rear:

Over the winter I installed some used Edelbrock headers that came with the motor. Here's a pic of the install (which TOTALLY sucked BTW, I'll never do it again) Take a good look at the pic, and you will see the crappy amount of room I had to work with. The angle that I stuffed these babies in at...I would of never imagined there was enough room to achieve that much of an angle!!
