Here's a pic of my 1980 Camaro after it was restored tthe first time. I have since begun a second restoration on the car. It will be driven again this summer after sitting for since 1998. And it should see the paint booth over the coming winter, again!
Some engine specs:
350cid, Edelbrock Performer RPM, Edelbrock 600cfm, headers and true dual exhaust. It's got a nice lumpy sounding cam and was built to be a 300+HP motor with factory cast intake/carb and exhaust. I have a set of 1.5 roller tips to put on some weekend, if time ever works on my side!
The trans is a TH350 with a stage 3 shift kit backed by a 3.73 posi rear in a 10 bolt casing. All new rear suspension. (schocks, springs, poly bushings).
The interior was re upholstered over this past winter as well. I had the chevy bow-tie stitched into the head rest of the factory seats. New carpet has been installed and a new dash is on its way...
There's still lots of work to do. I don't think it'll ever truly be finished, but that adds to the fun of owning it!!!
A pic of my new seats!
New seats installed in the car.
The car after it got a new rear-end/suspension (3.73 posi drum 2 drum) New interior, new intake & carb and some other goodies over the winter.
A shot of the rear.
