1979 Dodge Aspen R/T Clone. 225 Super Six,904 Transmission, 7 1/4 2.94 open Rear End,Added the Spoiler and Louvers after the car was bought. The 16" Torq Thrust II wheels came from a '73 Ford Ranchero GT. Also has a Pioneer DEH-604P El-Organic Display Deck with 2 6' Panasonic 3 ways in the doors with 2 6x9 Kenwood 4 ways in the back, 2 Kenwood Compitition 12" Subs in the trunk powered by a Sony Xplode 760Watt amp. Upgraded to PIAA H4 Buckets and PIAA H4 Super Plasma Lamps.
Other prior upgrades included a 2 1/4 exhaust cut short just before the rear axle, muffed by a DynoMAX Turbo Muffler. Installed rear springs from a 79 Diplomat Wagon to give it the lift in the rear. I painted color code GM19 as a rust prevention measure, thats my excuse anyway. It sucks, but kept the car from rusting anymore.

My idea
It will be receiving some body work to mold the spoiler and louvers into the body for a seamless look. A fresh super six is going to be installed to retain smog legality. Dual exahust will be installed using the Doug Dutra Header and the modified cutoff rear manifold. The head will be Ported and Polished with 318 V8 sized valves being installed, decked enough to raise the compresison to 9.0:1 looking at 200 to 250HP from this alone. the Duals will bring another 10. A New 904 will go in with a 2500 stall converter (currently planned). Stock stall is 3500rpm. A new paint job with Impreza Electric Blue will be done in the future. I just purchased a TUFF Wheel and Center console. Let the fun begin :). More will be added as the time comes.
Here are some new pics. these are the same night that i took it on its final trip and tryed to destroy the tranny. all i destroyed was 50 feet of asphalt and the right rear tire...

Here are pics of the donor vehicle and the motor it so graciously gave me.
