entityofme1's 2002 Toyota Corolla Here are some tweeter pods I made with the sail panels for the Lotus SEAS tweets. I used an epoxy based hard-setting plastic filler made by the URETHANE company to blend the tweeter rings with the rest of the panel. I scuffed up the entire surface of the panels with 80 grit paper and made deep grooves with a razor knife as well to give better bite for the filler to adhere. Then I used rubbing alcohol to remove any oil, grease, and dirt from the panels. Next I cut holes into the panel rougly the same diamter as the 3/4 inch MDF tweet rings and then slid the rings into the panel at the angle I wanted. I then filled in all around the rings and all over the rest of the panel surface with the epoxy filler. After sanding the filler to a smooth flowing look I sprayed the pods with truck bed coating for a textured finish.

Hey, how did you get the original baffle out? It looks like it's riveted in on my car.
