Dyno tune on Dynapack hub dyno, torque at the wheels on the left, power at the wheels on the right: Looking at the power graph from the left hand side the lower line is the baseline run at 8 psi boost (9.5 psi at low revs), the middle line is with the boost up to 10 psi (13 psi at low revs) and the top line is at the same 10 psi setting but with the timing advanced. The boost drops as the revs rise so more power can be made with a good boost controller, air/fuel ratios are very rich so fuel tuning would also help. Eventually the car will be fitted with a slightly larger turbo and intercooler so I will Dyno it again once that is done. I recently had the car tuned using a wide-band oxygen sensor and an old single dial APEXi AFC. Before tuning it was running 9.7:1 air fuel ratios, afterwards it was running about 11:1 but the AFC ran out of adjustment before I could get the low 12's I was hoping for.
Standard equipment worthy of note: limited slip diff, cruise control.
Mods: K&N panel in standard airbox, 3" exhaust from dump pipe back, adjustable boost with high/low switch, Blow Off Valve, R32 GTR fuel pump, APEXi AFC.
