lemansman's 1971 Pontiac Lemans
I finally got my 71 lemans after cruising around in fords for years. She is a rot free cali car but as usual everything made of rubber is shot. These are all getting replaced soon.Other jobs include getting the body straight on the passenger side as she has had a knock and been badly filled and cleaning the 30 some years of crud off the motor. She has a 350 fitted which runs strong as does the trans, not sure about the drum brakes though!

I wonder how your LeMans got all the way to Scotland? Looks like mine when I bought it 15 years ago for $700 buck. Still got it but it's been worked on a lot. Get the power disc front brake kit. You'll love driving your car a lot more! Good luck, Stu Edmondson/Xcorps/The Unit

too bad for your cut out dash for radio, and man you got a/c and want to get rid of it... but great car otherwise.

Nice car, put your best ideas to work fixing up that car, and you'll be suprised at the results. Thanks for the nice comments on my 72. I take pity on you for the shipping costs of buying parts over here in the states and having them shipped over there. We complain over here about domestic shipping rates, and in reality we don't know how good we have it. Right?
