I know...My title is pretty deceptive..Im sorry..I didn't know what else to name it so...

Thank you for visiting my site. I haven't been as active as I would have like to with Canada's premiere Toyota Corolla Club "COROLLACUSTOMZ". Would you believe that I am one of the founders of this great club. Credit goes to my pal Bzride and all the active members who has made this club (may I humbly say...) internationally known. Anyways, This is my 1998 Toyota Corolla CE. I had wanted an LE due to the powered options (windows, locks, cruise control, A/C and color matched mouldings and sideview mirror.) Unfortunately, the LE did not come in a 5speed manual transmission. So I had to opt for the CE which only had the powered locks, cruise control and A/C. (no powered windows...hmm kinda strange isnt it). Anyways...here is the list of modifications I have done since 1998.

Performance Mods:
Engine: 1ZZFE 1.8L non-vvti
Intake: Vibrant Short-Ram-Air with TenzoR Filter Element
Plugs/Wires: Bosch Performance Ignition cables with +4Platinum Plugs
Pulleys: AEM Crankpulley (To be installed)
Electronics: Apex-i SAFC Fuel computer (to be installed)
Exhaust: Custom Cat-back 2.25" Resonator free, Dynomax SuperTurbo muffler with chrome tip
Shifter: Customized Short Shifter
Suspension: Apex Racing Springs (1.8" drop)further modified to achieve 2.25" drop. Soon to be relaced with (hopefully)Full Racing Coilovers(Tanabe,JIC or TEIN) Currently running KYB GR2 Struts with Ractive Adjustable Front Strut Bar.
Clutch/Tranny: Aamco heavy duty clutch. (supposedly performance rated as per aamco customer service) heheh.
Wheels: 17" 6spoke Eagle alloys on Wynstar Exocet 205/40/17 Zrated.
Exterior Lighting: front clear corners, Customized "gun-mental-look" 1st gen Rear Altezza's courtesy of Bzride. Color Matched Center Trunk peices courtesy of Vic. Side marker lights,
Exterior/Cosmetic Mods: Functional hood scoop (quasi-cold-ram-air). Color matched side mouldings, splash gaurds, sideview mirrors, windshield visor. OEM Touring skirts, Titanium Tint. Custom front bumper with chrome meshing and Adjustable aftermarket sunroof.
Interior/Cosmetic Mods: MoMo Shiftboot and shifterknob, Ractive pedals, Carbonfibre/chrome handbrake cover (courtesy of supershyguy). Reverse indiglo Gauges, painted trimming, and leatherette seat covers. Driver Side "3CRacing" reclineable Racing seat.
Electronics: Prestige Car alarm and Remote starter. Kenwood Deck with Pioneer rear speakers.

Car Stats:
Current Mileage: 225000km
Dynoed Horsepower: Best Run 107hp stock. Best Run 122hp(after modifications less AEM pulleys. *note: Dyno was done during the summer time, 32degrees celcius(ambient temperature)
Best 0-60 time: 7.95 seconds (manual stop watch done by 2 observers, one in car while the other outside car. done during the winter months..sub zero temperatures running 14" rims.) *note: I realize this method maybe inaccurate, however i shared this with you cuz its pretty exciting for a corolla...isn't it?

Future Modz:
Some Custom Body work to further highlight the corolla's already exquisite features.
Contemplating Custom Forced induction or Toyota Engine swap...perhaps 20valver or 2zzge OR a complete engine overhaul (NA job)....who knows... The Possiblities are endless! (Darn..I wish I had some cash...hehehe!)
