How the hell do you get a parking lot ding here!? I think somebody did this on purpose.
This truck has been my daily driver since December 17th when my car wrecked itself.
We just hit 93,000 miles and I decided it was time for some service.
- Replaced wiper motor.
- New distributor cap & rotor.
- New spark plugs & wires.
- Oil change: Fram filter & Pennzoil 10W30 higher mileage formula.
- New Fram air filter, crankcase breather & PCV valve.
- Replaced all rusted exhaust clamps. (Will need a new muffler in the next couple years.)
- Installed mudflaps (to keep that winter shit off the sides of the truck, see pic above.)
- Replaced tailgate with genuine ChainGate. (Better gas mileage.)
- Replaced automatic adjuster cables on rear brakes.
- Installed third brake light.
I've still got some issues with the parking brake coming on whenever and not releasing. That's why the hubcaps are off. They are on the passenger floor.
I have plans to paint the cab roof white like on the older "camper special" fords etc. But this will have to wait until spring and warmer weather.
I'm also going to install 5 lights across the roof like on bigger trucks.
I'm going to put some flood light type lights on the back so I can see when backing up to trailers and such at night.
I'll try to get some pictahs up here in the next few days. I just lost my job so time is no longer an issue. HAH! I want to completely redo this page but people seem to think I need to go find a job right now... like that's more important or something. Gimme a few days.
I know people like to put pictures of their pitbulls and shit up here... well, I don't have a pitbull and our beagle just died so here's my kitten.
