There's been lots of changes since the last update.

I've since removed the X2C upper/lower control arms, and returned back to stock. Great control arm's for the price, but I want to go with an adjustable style.

I've also removed the entire stereo system. I plan on upgraded to some other higher quality products soon.

I've also swapped out the Mac ProChamber and Mac-Catback in hopes of making a few more hp, by going with a Bassani O/R X-pipe and a Magnapack cat-back. Here's a pic of the "Packs"

I also temporarily put on some 335/30 tires that I picked up used for $30. I wanted to see if it was actually possibly to mount the tires and have enough clearance to drive around on. For those wondering..the tires did fit fine, but they do rub on the inside of the fender. I "massaged" the inner fender a bit, but they still rubbed from to time.

A few weeks after getting the tires put on, my wheel bearing basically fell apart. So at that point I put the Nitto DR's back on, and decided to do a complete rear-end rebuild. I had all the bearings, clutch packs, and seals replaced, and decided to toss in a set of Ford 4.30 gears. One of the biggest improvements to the car to date.

Soon after I added a Pro-M 85mm MAF and purchased a JLT CAI.

I also purchased a set of the cheapy racing seats from Jegs.com. The main reason for getting these was overall comfort. The stock 99 seats suck, and have no support. This is something, that in my opinion the Jegs seats make up for.

After all the new mods and updates I figured I'd take the car out to the track. First time out with the car I managed to pull out a 13.2 @ 109. Not tooo bad, but very far from great. A few weeks prior to 12/3/04 I went out again to better those times and ended up doing worse, and broke an axle.

And lastly, here's a few recent pictures.

the thunk is usually caused from slop in the IRS due to crappy bushings and basically a crappy design. with some better bushings and a few tweaks to the IRS, it MIGHT go away, but the solution usually lies in a solid axle swap.
