Here is BMW's oil recommendations:
Tire Calculation:
Sidewall height is the width times the aspect ratio.
For example, stock 195/65-14 tire is 195mm wide, the sidewalls are 195mm X 0.65 = 126.75mm tall.
To convert to inches, divide by 25.4.
126.75mm / 25.4 = 4.99 inches.
Tire diameter = rim diameter + (sidewall height X 2).
14 inches + (4.99 inches X 2) = 23.98 inches.
