Better Than A Minivan
Well, here's one of my dream rides. This is a 1999 GMC Suburban 2500. There is a Vortec454 Big Block under the hood. Run's like a champ but could definitely use a little more, you know that old story. It's main purpose is towing and hauling people. Just like my other rides, I have big plans for this one. We have already turned up the torsion bars for 3.5 inches of lift. I left the back alone cuz it looks good and it was plenty high enough already. I traded in the stock wheels and tires for a set of Eagle Alloy's. The wheels are 18x8.5 and the tires are BFGoodrich All Terrains size 285/65/18, almost 33 inches.

This is in the Beartooth Mountains in Wyoming just before Dead Indian Pass.
Just after the cabin trip. Lots of snow and ice.
As it sat the day I got it. WIMPY!
Maybe someday. Tires and fabwork are definitely not free.
