11/04/09 @ 11:12pm My DL that past rebuilt engine done so far since now runs very very fastest. I have no idea how the hell did I doing so good job done with this shit! Pretty powerful spin my front wheel so easily and zoom goddamnit! I really hard to think what I trying to say is about 3 seconds into 100 feets around. I feel like that!!!!!

This is 1981 Subaru DL Stationwagon. 4 doors. Done to rebuilt EA81 engine with new pistons oversize .010" and new main/journals bearings. At the machine shop work done with the oversize .010 on re-bore cylinders and .0015" mils on head block, but not yet with the cylinder head will do mil later with the overhaul head for the next time when I will take the older camshaft and lifters out then need to be reground and regrind. I had this DL for since Feb 2007 for $500. Uncompleted install killer stereo system. I still have more work to do left for remark to rebuild the engine when doing overhaul on the camshaft and lifters. At this time, doing work on the interior to do upgrade and restore for new. On front windsheild that sticker (decals) "ORION" is what the brand of car audio performance productions from manufact. Now next to pic on below talk about wood speaker box is called medium desnity fiberboard MDF. And I did working on the cubic foot. This size is 1.08cuft with lots of braces inside the box called "pyramid braces" please understand, that box is a killer its because sound perfect! I will soon update more photos in this website. Now go back to point about what I built new box recent with the KICKER CVR12 subwoofers load to sweet 2008 ORION HCCA-D1200 that means 600 watts RMS into 1 ohm load. That hits hard pretty much. And for the ORION HP-2300 load to passive crossover module with the 6.5" Apline coaxial speaker and tweeter (not avaiable) per channel. The 6.5" Alpine is sit behind back with the custom box. Unfinished to work on custom door panel. I will have time to do this later. And in the stereo deck name Alpine CDM-9885 CD Reciever with everything optional. And connection with Audio Control FOUR.1 in top of dash. Total system power is 700 watts RMS together in sound quality feel like 4 stars. This is best to match for KICKER and ORION system together. So I installed the new grey carpet on back hatch that restores very well. Check it out.

Now what I want to show you about the two voltage gauges underdash. It is important to know about the left gauge is for the front engine battery and right gauge is for the back hatch the yellow battery of Optima. Good to know that and I have a nice black 250 amps Battery Muilt. Isolator module that comes from ambulance!

Now this is patch the decal sticker for the rear car. Brand of KICKER and ORION.

 11/05/09 Pulling old engine out (EA81) show and look:

This is long time ago since break in and runs around then this become very strong runs. Pulled out of engine was May 18, 2009. Oh, beautiful life!

I have done with rebuild engine before take old engine out of car. I want to make sure engine rebuild is done and ready to go. Good plan. Check it out so so sooo shining!!!!!
