For the most part my page is fixed to where it was. So feel free to rate or re-rate if you are so kind and caught my page in the disaster of the cardomain glitches that hit other pages too.

You are looking at a 1976 280Z (duh cause you should pay attention to the pages you click on if you didn't know). It was purchased brand new in...you guessed it, 1976 by my father. He and my grandmother flew out to Memphis, Tennessee and drove it all the way back down to Georgia. Currently we just started actually working on her...been sitting about 17 years before my dad went through and got her back started running, and been sadly sitting for the past year. But now that I have the help of my dad and a good friend, she will live again!!!

For the most part of what you can expect, is basically a restoration, body kit to make her look sexier since we all know 10 MPH bumpers are so 1970s, and just getting her running right. So don't expect any major overhauls, engine swaps (not wanted to bother with a V8, who likes to put Corvette rear ends in these anyways?), or race modifications.

Do excuse some of these pictures and pages as I start to rearrange here and there for a feel of what I would like for a good feel of my page. And don't expect anything to stay the same around here for too long...I'm not planning on letting this car sit around like some people like to do with their project cars.

Oh and here is an original (not a Haynes) manual purchased after my dad had a run in with the ever annoying temperature sensor and the mechanic there tried to say it just needed a tune-up...

Oh...and here's a nice picture of what you can do with an old trampoline frame...for those of you who can't figure out what you wanna do with it yet. Shelter for the win!!

For those of you who want a simple run down of my pages (yes I have re-organized some)...here ya go...

Page 1-"You are here" Just the page your at right now reading this and is the general/simple overview of things

Page 2-"Fuel for thought" Plenty of fun work done with the mechanical workings of the car (practical not performance upgrades) that it was worth having it mentioned (stuck with the old name of the page and figured I would expand the coverage)

Page 3-"Never judge a book by it's cover...or even its inside" Interior work that is in the making...original restoration plans...with maybe a slightly kick ass sound system hidden inside

Page 4-"Shake that body...oh wait should it be shaking that much?" Body work, from stripping her down, cleaning her up, and giving her a new (yet old) look

Page 5-"I love it when a plan comes together" I'm sure it speaks for itself, but for those of you who can't figure it out, plans of what to expect and what will happen

Page 6 "Space to good home, or when I'm done" Final pictures of whenever I'm done, may change at one point, but don't get your hopes up of seeing all this done anytime soon.

In my current Z (LSZ) I still have the stock 3.54 geared R200 in my car along with stock u-joint axles. In my first Z (BBZ) I did a R230 swap along with CV's and custom Moser axles.

Thanks everybody so far, and to you in the future. I'll make sure that this old girl gets the respect she has deserved and missed out on over the years, and that she will be better than new when we are done!
