I found this car in 1993 and bought it from the original owner. He lived up in the interior of BC and was going to give it to his son. His son moved to eastern Canada and didn't want to pay to get it moved there. So his dad sold it to me:) So far the only thing I've done is replace the vinyl roof. Just don't have the money to restore this baby.

Original factory rims

This is one of the Pillared Coupes. The production of the 1970 Superbees : 2D Pillared Coupe: 3,966. 2D Hardtop Coupe: 11,540.

Both quarters are rusty around the wheel openings and need replacing. The original owner had some poor repair work done on them. He gave me the Superbee Decals for both quarters, I'll put them on after the quarters are replaced.

The doors outers and inners are rust free and in great shape. Both fenders and doors are also in great shape.

Front right grille is broken, just haven't found one yet

The original 383 engine and it purrs like a kitten and goes like stink even today.

Under the hood is also rust free and no rust on any of the aprons.

Factory specs on the 383 V8 engine: 335bhp@5200rpm, 425lb /ft @ 3400RPM. Performance: 383/335bhp: 0-60 in 7.1 sec, 1/4 mile in 15.0 sec @ 96mph.

Hood is perfect, no dents or rust. Same goes for both fenders.

The hood scoops are in great shape.

Under the back seat I found the original build sheet with all the matching numbers & options.

Will be getting these bees painted back to the original condition have started on the hood bee.

Interior dash is in great condition, but a mouse got into the seats and they'll have to be re-done.

Floor pan on the drivers has rusted through, but don't have any money to get anymore work done on it. Drove it back into my barn, but hopefully it won't take me another 16 years to get some dough to restore this ride. When I do start restoring I would like it done right.
