This is how the truck started life when I first got it off an older guy that worked at a dealership

You can see from the date I already had plans when I first got it and was ready for a fresh 3/3 drop

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Not long after I dug in to the cheaper of mods and tore the whole truck interior apart

Everything went from a nasty grey color to gloss black and audi silver

More black and silver

And more on the upper console

Then it was time to tear into a slightly major mod like my headlights. Apart in this shot

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Fresh coat of R.Red colormatched to the truck

After that I put the wheels back on since it wasnt 'winter' time anymore and you can see the new lights

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Finally some go-go mods. True cold air intake routed up front

How it looks behind the grill

Tore this apart too and added a hidden tacoma badge

Freshly cleaned after new mods

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

More go-go mods, Banks monster exhaust

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Then another change. Took out the crappy plastic and added a mesh, plus hood scoop mesh. Changed paint to audi silver

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Another angle

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Painted the rear frame support. The X brace

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Change number whatever...changed to silver lights with red accents to help color flow

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Decided it wasnt unique enough so I took lights nobody else modded out yet...some projector style

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Silver with red accents around the rings and light bars. Parking lights on here

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Regular lights on

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Rear was in mid progress for paint and upholstery. Upper seats are two toned suede

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Then put in the lowers and matched up amazing!

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Decided that the TRD style shifter just wasnt enough so custom it is! Say hello to the tiki piston

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Current look and also now full fledge 3/4 shot

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Went the the lake one day and saw an awesome shot to take

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Now on to project "Got Boost?"

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Centrifugal designed supercharged, designed to push 10lbs of boost at sea level with my setup

Generation-X's 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Had to tear down the engine to upgrade the cam sprockets...toyota timing alignment sucks!

But it was worth it for this bit o boost :)

Generation-Xs 2005 Toyota X-Runner

Now sporting the grill from before but no mesh yet
