Freel67's 1983 Toyota Celica

This car has been rebodied to look like an 84-85 Celica instead of an 83. Notice the Hood, Grill, Headlights, Taillights and Door Handles. The Spoiler came off of an 85 Supra.

Freel67's 1983 Toyota CelicaCurrently the car has a TRD 001 Cam, Milled Head, Monza Pacesetter Headers, Thermotech Heat Wrap, Accel 8MM Plug Wires, and AC delco rapid fire plugs. The Thermo sensor has a potentiometer hooked inline with it to let me adjust Air/Fuel Mixtures on the Fly. The Throttle Position Sensor, Air Flow Sensor and Idle Mixture Adjustment Screw have all been readjusted to work with the current aftermarket parts. The Oil Pump Pressure Relief Valve Spring has been shimmed 2MM to increase oil flow by 15lbs over stock. The Header collector has been disgarded in place of a conical section of pipe that is welded to the exhaust. The cat has been removed. Pictured is a dynomax superturbo muffler. This has been replaced by a Warlock Muffler and an 18 Glasspack in front of the rear axle. The seats have also been replaced with ones from a 1996 300ZX turbo(not pictured). The stereo is 150W RMS to each 12" speaker and 50W RMSx4 for the mids and highs. Not mentioned earlier is the MSD Blaster 2 coil, three core radiator and the clutch fan has been replaced with a 10" pusher and a 16" puller. The rear is running 3.91s which is up from 3.42s stock. No high pitch hear, just a lope from the cam and a good low rumble.
