Clunstar's 1993 Honda Civic

Welcome to the new specail someone in my life. My 93 Honda civic coupe. Bought it for $750 and the only problem that i had was the power steering pump needed to be replaced and also the power steering cooler so I replaced that with a transmission cooler that I bought at advence auto parts for $30. Besides that the car is stock and I got a lot of work ahead.

D16 Motor, I don't know  if I should save up the money for a B16 or if I should rebuild this one.

This is an ugly rust problem that needs some work but I have never worked with sheet metal and welding so I don't know where to start. any advice?
