Hood and front end of the car are made of carbon fiber. The hood is a custom model by Vorsteiner.
The front speakers were custom mounted in the doors for stealth/stock appearance. We are using the Focal KRX2 6.5" Component system. Rear speakers (in the back deck) are the Focal K2P components. The Focal speakers are possibly the best sound quality speakers made currently. They are hand built in France by JM Labs.
Rear decklid, front bumper and hood are all made of carbon fiber to lighten the car. They are painted to conceal that fact. The only way you can tell is by the edging which was left unpainted. The interior was updated with titanium/silver carbon fiber from EAS. The Wheels are HSE's and the car has a brembo brake package added.
The headunit is a Kenwood Excelon double din unit. The subs shown are the Focal K2P 13" subwoofers. They are fairly pricey ($1,299/each)-but are one of the best sound quality subs money can buy.
Rear deck/package tray was rebuily and upholstered with black suede with the M3 logo embossed into it. The face of the subwoofer enclosure is also upholstered black and has the focal logo embossed in it. The EQ brain to the ARC DXE is mounted in front of the subs on the inside of the BMW.
Rear of the sub enclosure is made out of .75" cast acrylic and the floors are mirrored for effect. We also have installed blue LED lighting in the box as well. The combination of the mirrors and the chrome backplate of the sub looks really cool.
All amplification is provided via the 2 ARC Audio SE2300 amplifiers that are flush mounted in the trunk area. They receive a "balanced" signall from the ARC Audio DXE Eqalizer/x-over.
